My computer won’t open the files. Do I need a special program to open the game files?
No, you do not need a special program to open the files included in your download. Most of the game files on the website include two types of files (jpg and mp4). Jpg files are picture files and compatible with both PC and MAC. Mp4 files are video files which are also compatible with both PC and MAC.
I’ve successfully downloaded the game file but I can’t open the files within the file folder.
For Windows Users: Double click the file to open. If double clicking does not work, right click the file and choose to open the file with “Windows Media Player” or “Windows Photo Viewer”. Windows Media Player opens mp4 files. Windows Photo Viewer opens jpg files.
For Mac Users: Double click the file to open. If double clicking does not work, right click the file and choose to open the file with “QuickTime Player” or “Preview.” QuickTime Player opens mp4 files. Preview opens jpg files.

In the description of each game on my shop, you’ll see a list of files included. Most of the game files on the website include two types of files (jpg and mp4). The type of file is identified at the end of the file title. For example: ChristmasWouldYouRather.jpg.
Jpg files are picture files and mp4 files are video files.
Jpg files are great to insert into your own PowerPoint Presentation, Keynote Presentation, or Google Slide deck.
Mp4 files are great to share on your screen, like playing a movie or a typical video, within a video conferencing app, on your computer, or on your smart TV. This type of file works great within Zoom by using Zoom’s screen share feature.
I purchased a game from your website but haven’t received an email to download the game files. What do I do now?
If you haven’t immediately received the download email, first check your junk or spam folder. If the email is not in your junk or spam folder, what 5 to 10 minutes and check again. Your funds must clear in Paypal before my website can release the download email.
If after 10 minutes, you still have not received an email from my website with the download links please refresh your screen. If you still do not see it, email me and I will resend the links and check that your email is correct.
